Terms and Conditions for the Foundation Friends of Romagne 14-18

The Foundation Friends of Romagne 14-18 is located on the Gijsbrecht van Amstel 311, 1215 CN Hilversum and is registered at the Chamber of Commerce Central Netherlands under number 65057392. The Foundation was established on December 30, 2015.

The goal of “Friends of Romagne 14-18 ” is to provide support, in the broadest sense of the word, to the Museum Romagne 14-18, hereafter referred to as “The Museum”, with the main objective being the preservation of the museum and its collection in its current (authentic) environment as well as the preservation of accumulated historical knowledge and expertise.

1.2 Application
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the recruitment of donors, including through the organization of sponsorship activities, including 'crowdfunding';

By completing and submitting an online form or email on this website the donor agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. NOTIFICATION
2.1 Registration for becoming a donor of Foundation Friends of Romagne 14-18 occurs by the submission of an online form or email.

2.2 Within one month of notification of a registration by a donor, Foundation Friends of Romagne 14-18 will confirm the registration of the donor via email notification.

2.3 In case of a recruitment campaign with a welcome gift, the gift will be sent from Foundation Friends of Romagne 14-18 within one month of the completion of the conditions.

3. DONORSHIP
3.1 Donorship starts after the transfer of the donation amount or a provision of a written authorization to Foundation Friends of Romagne 14-18 to collect said donation.

3.2 Foundation Friends of Romagne 14-18 manages the data of the donors carefully and respects their privacy. Donor data will not be provided to third parties, unless said third parties are working on behalf of Foundation Friends of Romagne 14-18

3.3 Foundation Friends of Romagne 14-18 will, at least one time per year, keep donors up to date about the progress of the work of the Foundation “Friends of Romagne 14-18 via digital newsletter and / or a public annual report. 

4. FINANCIAL ASPECTS OF DONORSHIP
4.1 The outstanding donation is met either by transferring a donation sum as a single payment or an authorization to the Foundation Friends of Romagne 14-18 for a monthly, quarterly, half yearly or annual payment.

5. USE OF DONOR FUNDS
5.1 Foundation Friends of Romagne 14-18 will employ the donations to support the preservation of (and authenticity of) the museum and its collection in the current environment and to preserve the accumulated historical knowledge and expertise.

6. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1 The donor gives the Foundation Friends of Romagne 14-18 permission to maintain personal donor data, which is required for administration and management tasks, and, which is accessible only to the board of the Foundation Friends of Romagne 14-18

6.2 The donor gives the Foundation Friends of Romagne 14-18 permission to make donor name and
address data available to third parties, provided that said data is used for the purpose of supporting the The Museum and for commercial purposes

7. FINAL PROVISION
Upon completion and submission by the donor of the registration via an online form or email, the donor is agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are in force since March 1, 2016.

1. Donors are referred to in the external communications of Foundation Friends of Romagne 14-18 as friends.
